Her current position as the Access and Inclusion Specialist with The Resiliency Initiative has allowed her to work with nonprofits, small businesses, and local, state, and tribal agencies. In 2022, she spoke at the International Association of Emergency Managers Conference discussing the next generation and their passion to serve. Most recently, she spoke on a podcast titled Understanding Gen Z: Decoding the New Generation at the Workplace.
